Sharwood’s Sweet & Sour Stir Fry

Make your own tasty Sweet & Sour Stir Fry. Served with chicken, pineapple, green peppers & Sharwood’s noodles.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into 1 cm strips
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 100g pineapple, diced (either fresh or canned)
  • 195g jar Sharwood’sSweet & Sour Sauce
  • 2 nests of Sharwood’s Noodles

Method

  1. Heat a large frying pan or wok with the vegetable oil
  2. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes on a high heat
  3. Meanwhile, plunge the noodles into a large pan of boiling water & simmer for 4 minutes
  4. Add the peppers & pineapple to the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes
  5. Drain the noodles
  6. Pour the jar of sweet and sour sauce over the chicken, bring to a simmer and ensure the chicken is fully cooked
  7. Serve the noodles with the chicken
